The Donatsch family has owned the "Ochsen" for 5 generations with a philosophy of producing true wines of oustanding quality, typical of their loation. It's now run by Martin, who has won the compeition for the World's best pinot noir at the Mondial du Pinot in 2010 and 2011. Tasting note:  Intense Pinot red, spicy, smoky note, concentrated fruit, full, robust palate, noble wood note, very dense Pinot with a long lasting finish and great ageing potential.
