Extremely viscous, this is a seriously delicious Chenin Blanc! From the first pour, it's clear there is something special with this wine. Profoundly rich in texture, this 13% ABV bottling from rising star Thibaud Boudignon gives classic botrytis flavors of honey drizzled over yellow apple along with notes of lemon, tangerine, nectarine and peach. Boasting an intense chalky salinity, this effort is drinkable now and will continue to gain in complexity with another 3-7 years of bottle age.
 
The vineyard is currently undergoing from organic to biodynamic.
