With vineyards located between 500 and 700 meters, at the foot of Italian Alps next to the border with Austria, in Valle Isarco, Taschlerhof winery is focused on the production of white wines.
 
Peter Wachtler focused his efforts on 4 grapes traditionally present in the northern part of Alto Adige: Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Riesling and Sylvaner. He started bottling in 2000 and kept improving the quality of his production, resulting in wonderfully mineral and fresh wines, bringing also a great ageing potential.
 
This wine is pale straw yellow color. Crystalline and transparent, pale gold flash with a sweet aroma and slightly spicy notes of ripe pear are distinguished. The mouth is sweet and refreshing, delicious and elegant on the palate.
