Welschriesling on the skin from second harvest. The name „ŠUPKÁČ“ is a Slovak slang generally used for white wines fermented on the skin. Vigorous wine with high "drinking comfort“ joining the structure of orange wines and the fresh grape taste.
Harvest: hand picked grapes in the middle of October 2021.
Fermentation: 2 weeks maceration on the skin in open casks without added sulfite, selected yeasts or other additives, without temperature control and pressing
Aging: 8 months separately in 2500 l big cask, in 500 l barrels, in 600 l ceramic amphores.
Bottling: by gravitation without fining and filtration in June of 2022.
