Coming from a single vineyard of Blaufrankisch planted in 2006 plowed only by horse and by hand; it’s on whole cluster for two days and pressed off into barrel. With the Blaufränksich densely planted together and its slow and low grown vines remind Claus bonsai plants, hence the name.
