Bornard's fox in another guise. A collaborative project between Philippe Bornard and Albert Ponelle, who together give life to a great Jura wine. A Chardonnay with a strong identity, very light oxidation and an exuberant saline part. Produced in very few bottles, this wine will become a rarity.
